Taking Steps To Live My Life, With That Special Someone. When I Opened My Eyes, A Shining Light Blinds Me. But It Is Not The Sun, It Reaches Deep Into My Sombre Heart. Love Overwhelms Me, The Pain That Muffles Me For So Long, Released By True Love, Happiness Flows Down Now Warmth Filled Cheeks. My Sight Resumes, I See A Stranger, I Asked For His Name, He Said Nothing But Gave Me A Rose, I Took It And Asked Him Why Is There No Thorns, He Showed His Bleeding Hands And Said With Forgiveness In His Voice,"I Took Them Away To Save You From Pain." And I Knew Then..He Was All I Ever Needed In My Life.
